Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in India. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to all destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping for you based on the the shipping options you choose. Shipping period may differ depending on the shipping provider you choose.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Disclaimer

In case of any Octroi or interstate duty , the customer has to bear the cost.

Return Policy

You may return an item if it has a technical or manufacturing defect within 5 business days from the delivery date in original packing. On receiving the packet, we will immediately ship you a replacement item. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Imported Products are shipped within 21-30 days and these orders can't be cancelled once placed on Egully.com.

Non-returnable Products

 Egully does not accept returns of the following items:

• Books
• Certain products that show this message “This product may not be eligible for returns” in the product description page.
• "Special or Import Orders" are NOT returnable.
  
• CDs, DVDs Blue Ray Discs, Software Discs and Video games.
• Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
• Prepaid game cards (World of Warcraft, Xbox 360 Live, Wii Points, etc.)
• Some Jewellery orders.
• Apparel
• Any product where all or part of the original packing or documentation is missing.

Egully Order Cancellation Policy

In case of product order cancelled by Egully due to unavailability of
products or delays in fulfillment, Egully will provide a full refund of the purchase amount for that product.

Customer Order Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their orders except imported product orders anytime before the product is shipped. In such case, a nominal transaction fee of 5% will be deducted to compensate for the charges. In case customer wants to cancel an order that has been shipped, a restocking fee of 25% will be applicable on the cancelled order. In case of customized products, there willl be no cancellation unless there is any manufacturing defect. Egully.com doesn't assume liability in any of the products sold. We are in the business of providing products sourced from manufacturers/vendors/ publishers etc to the customers. We ensure all our customers to do our best in case of any technical or manufacturing defect.

NOTE: Orders containing Imported Books or Goods can not be cancelled.

You should expect to receive your refund within three to four weeks of handing over your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
